Choose writing that represents you
Open Voice in the sidebar and select the appropriate product workspace. Use posts, drafts or long emails that you wrote yourself. Choose material that sounds like the way you want to communicate now. Mixing your own work with unrelated writers makes the input less useful.
Add at least three samples
The current form has five boxes, with three required to begin. Put one post in each box and keep the original punctuation and paragraph breaks. You do not need to rewrite the samples into a polished marketing style before submitting them. Select Analyse my voice once the required samples are present.
Understand the role of recordings
The page also offers recording or file upload where supported. Spoken language can provide vocabulary and phrasing, but written samples are the stronger guide to how a finished post should read. This walkthrough verifies the visible interface; it is not a claim that recording works on every browser or device. If recording is unavailable, use your writing samples.
Review the next draft, not just the setup screen
Generate a draft on a familiar topic. Look at sentence length, preferred words, opening style and how much explanation it includes. Correct phrases you would never use. A voice profile is a starting point, not a guarantee that every sentence will sound exactly like you. Keep factual review separate from style review.
