Klype AI Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to KLYPE AI ("KLYPE," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered content curation and generation platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using KLYPE AI, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue the use of the Service immediately.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use KLYPE AI only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

• To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately at admin@klype.io.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Use of the Service

• KLYPE AI provides AI-generated content based on user inputs. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before using it.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or harmful purposes.
• You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Automated scraping, copying, or data extraction from KLYPE AI is prohibited.

4. Paid Plans & Billing

• KLYPE AI offers free and paid subscription plans with monthly billing cycles.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers like Stripe, Razorpay (RBI-compliant).
• If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the billing period, but no refunds will be issued unless required by law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice to users.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and technology on KLYPE AI remain our exclusive property or are used with permission.
• You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and use it for service functionality.
• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or resale of KLYPE AI's technology or content is strictly prohibited.

6. User-Generated Content

• You must not submit or generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or promotes violence or discrimination.
• We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict access to content that violates these Terms.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your use of KLYPE AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your data.
• By using the Service, you consent to our data collection and processing practices in compliance with India's DPDP Act, GDPR, and CCPA.

8. Termination & Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a security risk.
• If your account is terminated, you may not create another account without our written consent.
• We may discontinue or modify the Service at any time, with reasonable notice to users where applicable.

9. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

• AI-Generated Content Disclaimer: KLYPE AI provides AI-generated content "as-is" without any guarantees of accuracy or reliability. You should verify any AI-generated content before use.
• No Warranty: We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.
• Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of KLYPE AI.

10. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KLYPE AI, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
• For any legal disputes, users agree to first attempt an amicable resolution by contacting admin@klype.io before initiating formal legal proceedings.

12. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email, in-app notifications, or website notices before they take effect.
• Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
