Founder Brand Sprint: terms and refund policy

1. Who you are buying from

The Founder Brand Sprint is a Klype Enterprise program sold by Klype, the Indian business that operates klype.ai, and run by its founder, Shruti Kaushik. Payment is collected by Klype through a Razorpay payment link, for founders in India (UPI, cards, netbanking) and outside India (cards). These terms apply to the sprint in place of the general Cancellation and Refund Policy. Klype's general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to your use of the Klype app.

2. What the sprint includes

The sprint runs for four weeks, from Monday 7 December 2026 to Friday 1 January 2027. It is async: there are no calls or live sessions. Lessons, feedback and deliverables arrive by email, and you submit your inputs on a private course page. Each cohort also has a private Slack channel for questions and notes; joining it is optional, and nothing you need is sent only there. The deliverables for the Core and Pro tiers are listed on the sprint page. Written feedback arrives within 48 hours of each submission.

Places are offered at Shruti's discretion after she reviews each application. Pro has 10 seats, and international founders are offered Pro seats first.

3. Price and payment

Pricing is shared with accepted applicants by email. Your place is confirmed once payment through the Razorpay link is complete. The payment page shows the full amount, including any applicable taxes, before you pay. Early-bird pricing applies to applications received by Monday 23 November 2026, on the terms stated in your acceptance email.

4. Refunds and cancellation

• Before the start: if you cancel before Monday 7 December 2026, you get a full refund.
• After the start: you can ask for a refund only before you submit your Week 2 inputs. The refund is the amount you paid minus the work already delivered, counted as one quarter of the amount paid for each week whose deliverables you have received.
• After your Week 2 submission, no refund is due, except where the law requires one.
• If Klype cancels or moves the cohort, you choose between a full refund and a place in the next cohort.
• To ask for a refund, email admin@klype.ai with your Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

5. Deliverables are drafts you approve

Every deliverable is a draft. You review it, change what you want, approve it and post or send it yourself, from your own accounts. Nothing is posted, commented or emailed on your behalf, and nobody logs in to your accounts. You are responsible for the facts you give and for what you publish, including following the LinkedIn User Agreement, Reddit's rules and each subreddit's own rules.

Once delivered, the final text of your deliverables is yours to use. Klype and Shruti will not publish your deliverables or name you as a client without your written consent.

6. No investment or results guaranteed

The sprint does not promise followers, reach, meetings, investment, grants or any other result, and no part of the price depends on them. Investor matching (Pro) uses public information only: an investor's public profile, fund website or pitch form. Private emails and phone numbers are never shared. Up to two introductions are double opt-in: Shruti asks the investor first and introduces you only if they say yes, and only if you asked for introductions. Grant and scheme matches point to official sources; eligibility and decisions belong to the bodies that run them.

7. Your data

Your submissions are used only to make your deliverables. They are not sold, not published and not shared with investors or anyone else without your approval. Form submissions are stored on servers in India (AWS, Mumbai region), and your context in Klype is handled under the Privacy Policy. Ask admin@klype.ai to delete your submissions at any time, and they are erased within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep them.

8. Klype access

The sprint includes 30 days of access to the Klype app, starting on 7 December 2026. No card is needed. Access ends on its own after 30 days and nothing is charged automatically. Continuing on a Klype plan afterwards is optional and separate from the sprint. Klype's general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to your use of the app.

9. Changes, law and contact

If these terms change before the cohort starts, accepted applicants are told by email. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions or complaints: admin@klype.ai.
