B2B content agencies check AI drafts by saving each client's product facts, approved sources, banned claims and subject-matter expert quotes, then running every blog, ebook and LinkedIn draft through a claim check before the client sees it. Invented statistics, vague studies and fabricated quotes are flagged, and the client approves with a record.
Where AI drafts go wrong for B2B content agencies
Content agencies produce at volume across industries they do not work in. An assistant writing a thought-leadership article fills depth with authority: "according to industry research", a statistic with a plausible decimal, a named study that does not exist. In October 2025 the Register reported that a Deloitte review for the Australian government contained fabricated citations and footnotes, and the firm agreed to repay the final instalment of its contract. A content agency's work is smaller, but the failure is the same.
The second risk is the client's expert. A quote from the client's engineer written by the assistant sounds like him and says things he never thought. The third is leakage between accounts, where a claim from one client's research enters another client's draft.
Claims an AI draft might invent for B2B content agencies
These examples are invented for this page to show the pattern. They describe no real company, customer or result.
- "According to a 2025 industry study, 73% of buyers..." with no study.
- A quote attributed to the client's CTO that was written by the assistant.
- A customer story assembled from two real accounts.
- "Leading analysts agree" with no analyst named.
- A feature the client plans to build, described as shipped.
The facts B2B content agencies would save once
A saved fact is one sentence you can stand behind, with its source and date. Anything a draft claims that matches none of them is flagged.
- Product facts and limits, per client.
- Approved external sources with the exact figure each supports.
- Subject-matter expert quotes, verbatim and dated.
- Customer stories cleared for publication.
- Claims the client has asked you never to make.
- The client's brand voice, measured from their own writing.
The workflow
- Create a workspace per client and capture facts in the onboarding call.
- Draft in your assistant, with source documents attached to the brief.
- Run the draft through the claim check before the editor sees it. Statistics with no source text or saved fact are flagged.
- Send the checked draft to the client for sign-off by private link.
- Keep the approval record. If a claim is challenged later, you can show what was approved and by whom.
The method is the one on the draft fact check page: Klype extracts the figures, guarantees, vague authority and stories in a draft, matches each to your saved facts and any source text you paste, flags what it cannot back, and keeps an approval record. It is rule-based, so the same text gets the same answer, and it never publishes or sends anything.

What the check does not do
It compares claims with the facts you saved and any source text you paste. It does not browse the web, does not verify outside claims and does not replace legal, compliance or editorial review where your work needs it. When it finds nothing checkable, it says nothing was verified, so you still read every draft before it goes out.
Sources
Each source is cited for the single point made above. Klype does not give legal advice; ask your counsel how any rule applies to you.
Common questions
Does the check find fake citations?
It flags statistics, studies and authorities that are not in the client's saved facts or the source text you supplied. It does not browse to confirm a citation, so a flagged study is a prompt for the writer to find the original.
Can it keep each client's voice?
Voice is measured per workspace from the client's own writing, and drafts are held to those numbers. The claim check is separate and applies to facts.
Can clients see the record?
Yes. Approval records can be exported for a client, an auditor or a buyer.
